VR Spatial Design, Digital Sculpture & Color Development

For Jeff Koons’s Apollo installation on Hydra, I brought together full-scale VR planning, digital sculpture and color development to resolve the work before fabrication.
Led color development for Apollo and designed color and pattern maps for the walls and floor, using VR to review the palette across the installation.
Color development and surface refinement informed by spatial lighting, sightlines, and viewer approach modeled in VR
Led a 1:1 virtual environment to test scale, sightlines, lighting and installation constraints.
1:1 virtual build used to design, test, and refine the full installation layout prior to fabrication and on-site assembly
Sculpted the Wind Spinner and developed supporting elements for fabrication and installation.
Digitally designed and engineered for fabrication, balancing motion, scale, and structural constraints
Project Lead, Color Development & International Fabrication

Project lead for 3D model refinement and color development on Jeff Koons’s Bouquet of Tulips in Paris, connecting digital review with international fabrication.

Refined high-resolution scan data into optimized meshes for efficient design iteration.
Built a flexible digital layout system to reposition the balloon forms while preserving scale and proportion.
Developed color maps and fabrication references to carry the approved digital palette into the finished sculpture.
